Delete Existing Customers

This document will walk you through the steps to delete an existing customer in your GROW! Now system.

  1. Go to and login with your current MyOffice (Jenkon) username and password.
  2. Once logged in, click on Customers in the left menu
  3. Find the customer you wish to delete. Or use the search box in the table.
  4. On the resulting page, click the trash can at the top of the page.
  5. On the resulting page, click the "Yes, Delete Customer" button to confirm the delete process.
  6. NOTE: If you see the below message, the customer has been imported from Jenkon automatically. Due to the nature of how this works, you will not be able to delete the customer.
  7. NOTE: If you manually add someone and then they shop on your website you may end up having duplicates. Since we cannot delete the MyOffice ones it is suggested that you add the email, phone and any other notes to the MyOffice Customer record and delete the one that was created manually.
