Edit Existing Customers

This document will walk you through the steps to edit an existing customer in your GROW! Now system. This is useful if you need to update the email address of a customer or if you want to add a customer to your Fresh News! newsletter.

  1. Go to and login with your current MyOffice (Jenkon) username and password.
  2. Once logged in, click on Customers in the left menu
  3. Find the customer you wish to edit. Or use the search box in the table.
  4. On the resulting page, modify the information you wish to change.
  5. The following are some notes about the fields:
    • The name is the only required field.
    • Individuals who are signed up for Fresh News! (newsletter) are indicated by the slider.
    • If you use Project Broadcast, if you wish to disable sync to Project Broadcast, disable the slider.
  6. NOTE: If you see the below message, the customer has been imported from Jenkon automatically. Due to the nature of how this works, you will not be able to edit the options for the customer.
